What US Vet AI is — and is not

US Vet AI provides optimized information and preparation tools for VA disability claims: a guided portal, VIA (our AI guide), a Master Strategy, DBQ drafts for your doctor, and a VA Form 21-526EZ worksheet. We do not file claims, submit anything to the VA, or represent you. We are not a law firm, a Veterans Service Organization, an accredited agent or attorney, or a medical provider, and nothing on US Vet AI is legal or medical advice. Free help from an accredited VSO is always available to you.

Be 100% truthful

You agree that everything you enter, upload or submit is true and accurate. VIA rewords only the facts you give it; it does not add symptoms, events or diagnoses. "Possible" conditions in your Master Strategy are topics to discuss with your doctor, not diagnoses. Submitting false information to the VA is a federal offense — never claim anything that is not true.

No guarantee of outcome

The VA alone decides service connection and ratings. Rating hints and strategies are educational and may not match the VA's decision.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Use the service only for your own claim or one you are authorized to help with.

Subscriptions and billing

The Mission plan is $19.96 per month, billed through Stripe or PayPal, and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Account & Billing; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable. We will tell you in advance before changing the price.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the platform, scrape it, or use it to prepare fraudulent claims.

Your content

You own what you enter and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep US Vet AI available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update features and these terms; we will notify you of material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, US Vet AI is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
